Carpe Donut can cater your next fundraising event in style! With plated meal menus like: Buffet style Beef, chicken and/or fish entrée selection with a side of garlic truffle mashed potatoes, prosciutto wrapped grilled asparagus, roasted rainbow carrots, with tableside pre-plated salad and bread service. We can include a formal pre meal cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and charcuterie and cheese selections.

Sample Menu:

• Hors d'oeuvres: our semi famous mini crab cakes with garlic remoulade, grilled prosciutto wrapped asparagus, and shrimp cocktail shooters.
• Plated Dinner: Salad option (pre-plated prior to seating) with fresh bread service at table. An entree selection ranging from braised beef short ribs over mushroom risotto with asparagus or a nicely roasted chicken over lightly sauced lemon butter pasta with fresh local vegetables.
• Dessert: Fresh apple cider donuts are our speciality but we can arrange any dessert of choice!
• Bar: Can be added to these events: a basic local bar (as mentioned above), a full cocktail bar with wine and beer, or we can offer a night cap bar with our coffee and cider options. Mocktails included for cocktail bar option.
• Elegant Event Non-Alcoholic bar standard includes coffee, cider, sodas, seltzers, and water.
